Refund Request

While we generally don't offer refunds due to the high operational costs of our AI services, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We've established a fair refund policy to address such situations.

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure you meet all of the following criteria:

  • Refunds are only available for subscription payments. Additional credit purchases are non-refundable.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 5 days of the initial transaction date.
  • The total credits used during your subscription period must not exceed 100.

Please note that if any of these conditions are not met, we will be unable to process your refund request.

To initiate a refund request, please complete the form below. You'll need to provide:

  • Your invoice number in receipt email after purchase.
  • If you are using PayPal, please provide your transaction ID.
