Create a 6 armed goddess, with her eyes closed, legs normal and pointing down, then the top left arm going up, top right going down, the middle 2 arms going towards and in front of her belly then the bottom going down and out. her hands should have the thumb and pointer finger going in a circle, then the rest of the fingers going up relative to the hand position.
